Compassionate Counselling, Psychotherapy, Coaching Mental Health & Wellbeing

Empowering Your Journey to Mental Health & Wellness

Feeling Anxious, Overwhelmed or Lost? You Don't Have to Work Through It Alone.

18+ years of experience helping adults rebuild confidence, understand difficult patterns, navigate relationships and move forward after challenging life experiences.

Experienced, compassionate therapy for anxiety, confidence, relationships, emotional abuse and life challenges — wherever you are.

If you're struggling at the moment, you may not even know exactly what you need.

Perhaps you're constantly overthinking, your confidence has disappeared, you're struggling in a relationship, or you've been through an experience that has left you questioning yourself.

Maybe you've been coping for years and have finally reached the point where you know something needs to change.

Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to have everything figured out before asking for help.

I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, feel heard and begin to understand what's really happening beneath the surface.

With over 18 years' experience as a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I work with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional, relationship and life difficulties.

You can start from wherever you are.

Perhaps you're feeling...

  • Anxious, overwhelmed or constantly on edge
  • Stuck in patterns you can't seem to break
  • Low in confidence or constantly questioning yourself
  • Exhausted from overthinking and worrying
  • Unable to set boundaries without feeling guilty
  • Confused or affected by a difficult or narcissistic relationship
  • Struggling with depression, stress or burnout
  • Lost following bereavement, trauma or a major life change
  • Unsure whether ADHD, Autism (neurodiversity) or even Menopause may explain some of your experiences
  • Ready to make changes but unsure where to begin

You don't need to have a diagnosis or a perfect explanation.

Sometimes the only thing you know is:

“I don't feel like myself anymore.”

That is enough of a reason to reach out.

Therapy that starts with you

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.

You are an individual, with your own experiences, relationships, history and goals. My approach is therefore integrative, drawing from established therapeutic approaches including:

CBT
Helping you understand and change unhelpful thought and behaviour patterns.

Psychodynamic Therapy
Exploring deeper patterns, experiences and relationships that may be influencing how you feel today.

Person-Centred Therapy
Providing a supportive, empathic environment where you can explore what matters to you.

Solution-Focused Therapy
Helping you identify practical ways forward and build on your existing strengths.

Mindfulness & Coaching
Developing greater awareness, emotional regulation and practical strategies for moving forward.

What could change?

Therapy isn't about becoming a different person.

It's about understanding yourself more deeply and becoming more confident in the choices you make.

Our work may help you:

Understand
Why you think, feel and respond in certain ways.

Break patterns
Recognise patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Rebuild
Develop greater confidence, self-worth and healthier boundaries.

Move forward
Make choices that feel more aligned with the life you want.

Feel more in control
Develop practical tools you can continue using beyond therapy.

You don't have to wait until things get worse.

Taking the first step can feel daunting.

You might be wondering whether therapy will help, whether your problems are “serious enough”, or even what you would say when you make contact.

You don't need to know.

You can simply tell me what's been happening and what made you decide to reach out.

I'll listen, answer your questions and help you decide whether working together feels right for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do remote sessions work, and are they secure?

Remote therapy is highly effective and fits seamlessly into your life. We will connect online via secure, confidential platforms like Google Meet or Skype. All you need is a private space, a reliable internet connection, and a computer, tablet, or smartphone. If you prefer not to be on camera, telephone sessions are also available upon request.

What happens during our first session?

The initial session is a warm, completely confidential conversation where we go at your pace. There is no pressure to share everything right away. We will explore what has brought you to therapy, what you hope to achieve, and how we can best work together. It is also an opportunity for you to see how I work and ensure you feel comfortable.

Do I need short-term or long-term therapy?

This depends entirely on your unique situation and goals:

Short-term therapy is highly focused and usually lasts between 6 to 12 sessions. It is ideal for tackling a specific, immediate challenge or learning practical coping strategies for stress and anxiety.

Long-term psychotherapy provides an open-ended, deeper space to explore long-standing patterns, past trauma, or complex life changes.

We will discuss and review this together so that your care always matches your needs.

I am outside the UK. Can I still book a session with you?

Yes, absolutely. My remote practice is structured to support clients worldwide. As long as we can find a mutually convenient time across our time zones, you can access the same accredited, high-quality care from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are located.
